I stayed here for one night and loved that I could easily stroll to El Capricho Park in just about 25 minutes, where I enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and the staff were incredibly helpful, solving my travel issues quickly and making my stay more comfortable.

Loved the 24-hour shuttle service to get around easily! The pool area was nice and relaxing after a long day. Had an awesome stay with great value for the price.

Dining options are rather limited, with no coffee or tea available in the rooms, forcing a trip to the restaurant or lobby for a drink. The room furnishings lean on the dated side, lacking the modern flair you'd expect from a 4-star establishment. Additionally, the air conditioning struggles to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving some guests feeling a little muggy during the warmer nights.
